  • We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our minority customers.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and finding effective solutions.
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping uptodate with product and service information to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathetic and customerfocused mindset.
